Accreditation:

In January 2000 an accreditation program for the Egelabra Jackaroos was established with the support of the Western Institute of TAFE. Jackaroos at Egelabra have the added advantage of being involved in a training program that can, after two years, see their skills formally recognised through a Certificate IV in Agriculture.

Not only does such an experience provide a solid foundation for a Jackaroo's career, it can also play an important role in a young person’s character development.

Past employees have gone on to successful careers in agriculture - from the management of highly-respected companies to successful owner/operators and agriculture economists.
